Chemaneperrylingerie.com.au is a 100% Online Lingerie Store which is a family ran business. We have been marketing and distributing our products, via the Internet, since September 1997. During this time we have become an efficient Online Lingerie Store in Australia. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service. Without you, our customers, we will not be in business today. You can be assured that this family business you are dealing with is customer focused and professional. We are here to help and assist with any queries you may have.

Will my order be sent and handled quickly and discreetly?
Definitely, we respect and understand our customers want and expect nothing but complete privacy in any transaction with us. All orders are sent in plain satchels, envelopes or brown wrap, with NO description or reference to the contents of the bag. There will be a return address label on each parcel which will read: Chemane Perry, PO Box 1103, Grovedale Victoria 3216. This means you can safely have the items sent to your work if this is more convenient for you. If we do need to contact you we will only speak to or e-mail the person that placed the order, we will not discuss the details of the order with anyone other than the purchaser.
When will I get my order?
All Lingerie items that are sold on our store are In Stock. So if you are purchasing a garment you are guaranteed that this item is held In Stock. We are based in Victoria so depending on your location will depend on how long the order takes to be delivered. Standard Mail in Australia takes approximately 3-6 business days. Express Post in Australia takes approximately 1-3 business days.
All delivery prices are quoted online prior to you confirming the purchase. You will be provided with a quote on the cost of delivery based on delivery method, delivery location and size of your order. This way you can choose the delivery method that best suits your needs and budget.

Why won't this website display correctly?
This Internet site is Dynamic, this means pages should be reloaded from our server each time they are viewed. They should not be displayed from any form of cache, this normally happens on either your P.C or Proxy Servers at your ISP. To Switch off Caching on your P.C follow these simple instructions.

How is my order shipped within Australia?
You can choose how you would like to receive your order. Australian Orders are sent either via Express Post, Registered Standard Mail which is insured and you need to pay an extra $3.00 to your order, or Standard Regular Mail. Express Post and Registered Mail are traceable and insured. On shipping of your parcel you will receive notification via e-mail with the shipping number for tracking.
Expected delivery times vary depending on location however please use below as a guideline
Standard Regular Post - 3 to 6 business days (No Insurance)
Registered Standard Post – 3 to 6 business days (Insured and Tracking)
Express Post – Next working day to Capital Cities, 2-3 days otherwise.
Do you deliver to International Customers?
Yes we are happy to deliver products outside of Australia. Overseas orders are shipped, at the customer’s choice, either via International Air Mail, Sea Mail or Express International Post.
Please note international postage is not insured so if your package is lost in transit we are not liable and will not issue a refund of the garments or shipping costs.
Expected delivery times vary depending on location however please use below table as a guideline.
Express International Post – up to 7 business days
Air Mail – 7 to 14 business days
Sea Mail – Up to 3 months
Please note: We will not be held responsible for the Customs and Laws that govern your particular country should your goods be confiscated, nor will we refund your money or shipping costs. This service is at you own risk but we will endeavour to do our best to package goods discretely and get your order to you as fast as we can. All Goods will be marked Discreetly for customs declarations unless otherwise requested.

I don't trust sending my Credit Card Details over the Internet
We employ Secure Server Technology. This is the safest form of encryption available on the Internet today. (Banks and Stockbrokers use it to transfer their money!) If you're still worried that’s OK, we can still help you. Just go through the checkout as normal and choose the method that suits you best. Also we offer Bank Deposit/Transfer and PayPal.
Do you have a payment system alternate to Credit Cards?
Yes - We do have 2 other methods which are Bank Direct Deposit/Transfer to our bank account. Also we offer PayPal. All these methods are described clearly in the checkout wizard.
How will I know what is happening with my order?
We advise you of every step of your order. When we receive an order we process and package it for dispatch. We then e-mail you with your Order number and delivery number so as you know to expect the delivery.
